The Department of City Development partnered with the following organizations to help facilitate community engagement during the creation of the plan. Their commitment to an inclusive, community-driven process was instrumental in giving area residents a voice in planning for their neighborhoods and ensuring that important community priorities are addressed.
The City of Milwaukee is grateful for the support of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation and the Zilber Family Foundation. Their contributions allowed for a greater level of public engagement than would otherwise be possible.
The majority of the Fond Du Lac and North Plan Area is within the 15th Aldermanic District. However, areas within the plan boundary that are north of West Locust Street are in the 6th or 7th Aldermanic Districts.

BID 32 includes North Avenue from N. 8th St. to N. 27th St. and Fond du Lac Avenue from 17th to 27th. BID 28 covers North Avenue from N 27th St to N Sherman Bl.
