Brew City Match is an innovative collaboration that will fuel commercial corridor revival and the resurgence of entrepreneurship in Milwaukee. The program is being launched within the Historic King Drive, North Avenue & Fond du Lac, and Cesar Chavez Drive corridors.

The Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) serves Milwaukee businesses by providing low-interest loans. Our approach is unique in that we share the risk with all participants in a project, lend in partnership with a bank, and lend funds at a higher risk level in order to increase the feasibility of a project.

The City-Wide White Box program is designed to provide targeted financial incentives to increase the vitality of the neighborhood commercial corridors. The funds will assist in recruiting new businesses to vacant commercial/retail tenant spaces in commercial buildings.
