Located in the Lindsay Heights neighborhood, the North Avenue Marketplace corridor is a mix of local business and home to the famous Fondy Farmer's Market. The BID is conveniently located near downtown Milwaukee and is seeing an influx of exciting newer developments including the Juice Kitchen at Wellness Commons Phase I, Alice's Garden, Tandem Restaurant at the newly rennovated Historic Wally Schmidt Tavern and the St. Ann Center Bucyrus Campus for Intergenerational Care. The district is also home to the long standing collective of local vendors at the Milwaukee Mall and the famous original home of Jake's Delicatesan.
