Area Plans are part of the City's Comprehensive Plan along with the City's Citywide Policy Plan. The City of Milwaukee is covered by fourteen Area Plans which guide future neighborhood development with land use, design, and catalytic project recommendations.
The City of Milwaukee utilizes E-Notify to provide notice to any interested parties about proposed changes to the Area Plans that make up the City of Milwaukee’s Comprehensive Plan.
