In accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Milwaukee has prepared and will submit to HUD a Five Year Consolidated Plan for Funding Years 2020-2024. The Consolidated Plan allows local jurisdictions and citizens the opportunity to shape the various housing and community development programs into effective, coordinated neighborhood and community development strategies.

This Consolidated Plan includes the Funding Allocation Plan with approved funding categories for Funding Year 2021. The Funding Allocation Plan incorporates strategic direction for the following grants: Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
