The Milwaukee Neighborhood poster series began with Bay View in 1983. In the ensuing seven years, Milwaukee graphic artist Jan Kotowicz added 26 posters to the collection. The reverse side of each poster carries a history of the neighborhood written by local historian John Gurda. *The reprint of Rufus King does not depict the history on the backside of the poster.
