The City Channel provides live and replay telecasts of Common Council and Council Committee meetings, as well as gavel-to-gavel coverage of other city boards and commissions, special city events and other informational programming.
Live City Channel programming is available for free through the city’s live-streaming website, and to cable subscribers with these providers and channels:
Ch. 25 for subscribers with a digital converter box or digital cable box.

NOTE: For Spectrum Cable television customers who wish to view closed captioning in Spanish, it is now available on the City Channel.
On your Spectrum Cable television remote, press “MENU.” Select “CAPTIONS.” Arrow down to “STANDARD,” then Arrow Over and change to “CC3.”
