The Sherman Park NID is filled with many beautiful and historic homes on Milwaukee's near northside. The NID offers programs to assist homeowners with resources to invest in home improvements as well as smaller programs for outreach to the neighborhood's senior population and back to school events for the area's school age children. Sherman Park is also surrounded by businesss districts for local shopping and dining needs that include Burleigh Street, Center Street Marketplace and the North Avenue Marketplace BIDs.
