FastCare Clinics Closed Until Further Notice

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, a number of in-person services have been temporarily suspended including FastCare clinic services. The Onsite Workplace Clinic remains open to employees and spouses. In-person and virtual visits are available. To get started, call the clinic 414-777-3413 and they will walk you through the process to schedule a virtual visit or set up an in-person visit. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call the clinic 414-777-3413 and do not visit the clinic in-person.

Dental Appointments and COVID-19: What Has Changed?

COVID-19 has altered the way many businesses operate, and dental practices are no exception. In fact, offices are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure you and your family (as well as their staff) remain safe and healthy, including teledentistry visits (learn more by visiting the City's Dental page www.milwaukee.gov/benefits/dental). Changing Your FSA Account Contributions Due to COVID-19

Employees wanting to change or cancel FSA Health, FSA Dependent Care (DCA) and/or FSA Parking (PKG) should email tbiern@milwaukee.gov and derbenefits@milwaukee.gov. Include: employee name, employee id, and specific intention to change your contribution. The FSA Health, DCA and/or PKG account will be updated. If you have questions,call 414-286-8111.
