Guidance Specific to City of Milwaukee Properties

  • Taxation District and county should read: City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County
  • Legal Description.  A legal description is the formal description of your property’s location and boundary.  Your property’s legal description can be found on your deed, tax bill, assessment notice, or you can look it up at assessments.milwaukee.gov.
