We are no longer accepting exemption requests for 2023. We will begin accepting exemption requests for 2024 beginning January 3, 2024.
Property Tax Exemptions Requests must be filed by March 1 to be eligible for exemption for the current assessment year. This form is used to request property tax exemption for Real Estate or Business Personal Property.
Exemption request forms need to be complete one time - when the organization is initially applying for exemption.
Due March 1st for the year the exemption is sought.
This form must be filed with the assessor by March 1 to qualify for a property tax exemption as low-income housing (Sec. 70.11(4a)(g)1, Wis. Stats.).
