Low Income Housing Exemption - Property Owner's Certificate of Occupancy
- Property owners of benevolent low-income housing MUST file a Property Owner's Certificate of Occupancy with our office by March 1 every year.
- Details pertaining to the laws governing benevolent low-income housing can be found in Wis. Stat. § 70.11(4a)(g).

- Failure to file this form with assessor may result in a fine up to $500 and/or loss of exempt status.
