RFP 21485 - Commodity Contract for Police Patrol Vessel

For this RFP, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of October 20, 2026 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

 

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

 

A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM CT via Microsoft Teams. All interested proposers are encouraged to attend this meeting in order to bid, and must register with Michael Siler at [email protected] by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM CT.
