Effective July 16, 2013, per 2013 Wisconsin Act 25, municipal utility customer information may not be released except to the customer or their authorized representative. The account number is required to access information or to make a payment. The information cannot be released in response to an Open Records Request.
If you are not the customer, you must obtain written consent from the customer by completing a Utility Customer Information Consent Form and returning it to us. You may also use this form:
