Milwaukee Water Works online payment portal

You will need your account number to view your Municipal Services Bill account. You can find it at the top of your Milwaukee Municipal Services Bill.

Account information by property address is no longer available. If you do not know your account number, contact us. We will ask you to verify that you are the customer for the property.

If you are not the customer, written consent from the account holder is required before we can release account information.

Use the Consent Form to:

  • authorize another person to access the account, or
  • update the billing address if you are a new property owner.
