Mayor and Aldermen announce three new TIN’s

At a press conference on Thursday, January 2, 2014, Mayor Barrett and Aldermen Murphy and Perez began the new year by announcing three newly designated Targeted Investment Neighborhoods (TIN’s) in the Pulaski Park, St. Joseph’s and Martin Drive neighborhoods.
