Mayor and City Officials to Share 2023 Milwaukee Crime Numbers
Mayor Cavalier Johnson, Police Chief Jeffrey Norman, and Community Wellness and Safety Director Ashanti Hamilton will present and discuss the 2023 Milwaukee crime numbers at a news conference on Wednesday. Overall, both property crime and violent crime numbers declined when compared to the previous year.
The news conference participants will talk about successes, areas of concern, and the work underway to maintain the positive trends.
