Executive Director Reports

Each month, the FPC's Executive Director provides the Board of Commissioners with a report on the Commission's staffing, operations, and oversight work; including citizen complaint data, department audits, disciplinary appeals, community engagement activities, and policy research. These reports are a primary way the FPC keeps its work transparent to the public between board meetings, offering a regular, documented account of how the Commission is fulfilling its oversight role over the Milwaukee Police Department, Fire Department, and Department of Emergency Communications.
