DPW Infrastructure designs, builds and maintains Milwaukee's assets in the public right of way, including streets, bridges, traffic signals, street lighting, the storm water system, green infrastructure, sewers, and City-owned buildings and parks.
The Division executes projects with a Complete Streets approach to involve the community and comprehensively plan for how the City's built environment can calm traffic, encourage mobility and urban play, be more environmentally conscious, maintain our clean waterways, and more.
