Report & Request

While DPW Infrastructure works diligently to prevent outages and perform preventative maintenance and upgrades to the City’s infrastructure, the department also relies on engaged residents to report outages and request improvements based on experiences in their communities.
If you are reporting an emergency outage, please call 414-286-CITY (2489).
In addition to reporting outages online, residents can also download the MKE Mobile Action app to report outages on their mobile device.
