Donation Options

  • Many Milwaukee shelters and organizations accept new and gently-used donations of clothing, shoes, homegoods, furnishings, building materials and other items. Some organizations also offer pick up services. Consider some of these donation options before scheduling your weekend box.

City Assistance

Drop Off Centers

  • Collected garbage can be set out with your regular trash (if less than 1 cubic yard), or taken to a Drop Off Center.

Clean and Green - Spring Program

  • On a neighborhood's Clean & Green Week, any amount of additional garbage can be set out for free collection. Consider coordinating your cleanup to be right before this special Clean & Green week.
