Delinquent Tax Accounts

Lists of all delinquent real estate and personal property tax accounts are available. This data will be updated monthly about mid-month, after the close of each monthly cycle.

The first file contains all Delinquent Real Estate Tax Accounts. The data is sorted by tax account number by levy year. This allows multiple, delinquent levy year tax accounts for a single parcel to be listed contiguously. The amount due is tax principal only.  Interest, penalties, costs, and fees are not included in this total.  You may access the Current Tax Balance – Tax Search on our Web Site, or call the Customer Services Division at 414-286-2240 for the current full payment amount due.

The second file contains all Delinquent Personal Property Tax Accounts. The data is sorted by tax account number by levy year. Ownership information referred to in these files reflects, to the City of Milwaukee's belief, the owner of record as of December 1st of the levy year being displayed. However, no guarantee as to accuracy is provided.
