Project Summary
South 2nd Street (from National to Menomonee River)
Scheduled to run from July 5 through November 15, this project will involve the area from the W. National Ave. intersection to just north of the Menomonee River. The work will be extensive, involving street paving, removal of existing pavement and railroad ties, and the installation of new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveway approaches. The project will also include construction of a new, tree-filled, green terrace area, as well as decorative street lighting poles and fixtures, including harps and lanterns.
