Payment Plans

Call (414) 344-0840 to set up a payment plan for unpaid citations. Minimum total balance is $100. Accounts that previously defaulted on a payment plan are not eligible.

Activation of a payment plan will remove within 3 business days after initial payment/administrative fee:

  • Tow eligibility, vehicle registration suspension, and collection activities (However, anyone certified for state income tax interception will remain certified until full debt is collected).

Fees: $10 administrative fee and first installment payment MUST be made in person with a government-issued photo ID and the payment plan number at one of the Violations Bureau Locations within 48 hours of payment plan setup or the payment plan will be deactivated. Incremental payments are set up with a minimum monthly payment of $25 and a maximum duration of 12 months. Notices will be mailed monthly, with subsequent payments due on the 15th day of each month. Payment plan installments can be made in person, by mail, or online. Once the payment plan is set up, the citizen waives the right to dispute citations included in the plan. Any account deactivated for failure to meet the required monthly payments will be defaulted.
