Mayor Johnson and Alderwoman Taylor to lead Town Hall on former Northridge Mall

MILWAUKEE – Members of the local media are invited to join Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and 9th District Alderwoman Larresa Taylor for a Town Hall and Q&A discussion regarding the former Northridge Mall on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. (CT).

WHEN: Monday, August 5, 2024, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

WHERE: Vincent High School Auditorium, 7501 North Granville Road

WHO: Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson, 9th District Alderwoman Larresa Taylor, and representatives from the Department of City Development, Milwaukee Police Department, Milwaukee Fire Department, Department of Neighborhood Services, and the demolition contractor Veit & Co.

The Town Hall will inform the community about the current status of the former mall, the demolition timeline, and the upcoming planning process. It will also allow community members to provide input on the plans for the future.
