Project Summary

West Holt Avenue (from 6th to Chase)

This project involves the area on West Holt Avenue from South 6th Street to South Chase Avenue. Work includes removing the existing pavement surface and replacing it with a new layer of asphalt. Curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches will be replaced where needed due to grade and/or condition. The contractor began work on June 1st. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Project Update:  September 15, 2010

The asphalt resurfacing project on West Holt Avenue from South 6th Street to South Chase Avenue has been completed. The existing pavement surface was removed and replaced with a new layer of asphalt. Curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches were replaced where necessary due to grade and/or condition. The construction is done and the street is open to traffic.
