Project Summary
North Avenue/Brewers Hill neighborhood (from Martin Luther King to Booth)
The Brewer’s Hill neighborhood, located east of Historic Martin Luther King Drive Business Improvement District, will undergo an extensive streetscape improvement project along North Avenue from Martin Luther King Drive to North Booth Street. Work will include the removal of existing pavement; grading and base aggregate; and concrete repaving, including concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Storm sewer work will also be done, along with conduit and pavement marking. Construction is expected to be completed by August 31.
