You do not need a formal landscaping plan unless you have been told you are required to meet certain landscaping requirements. Generally, a five-foot landscape buffer is required for all parking areas that abut a public right-of-way. Your landscaping plans MUST be to scale and include exact measurements. Your landscaping plans MUST contain the following information. If they do not, your application may be held-up so that you can submit the proper plans.
