‘SILENT NO MORE’
Milwaukee, WI – Tomorrow, Friday April 19 at 12:30 pm, Mayor Johnson will host a Press Conference regarding Sexual Assault Awareness and the Office of Community Wellness & Safety’s Denim Day Event to be held on 4/24/2024. Denim Day is an international day of awareness to call to action and reduce sexual violence and end victim blaming. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Mayor Johnson, Director Ashanti Hamilton, County Executive David Crowley; along with other community leaders, will hold a press conference in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault and violence.
