Clinics

The Milwaukee Health Department protects your confidential protected health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

Things to Remember:

  • Before visiting one of our clinics, please call to verify hours.
  • Schedules are subject to change without notice. 
  • Due to COVID-19, capacity limits are enforced. Please only bring those that have appointments or need to be immunized to minimize exposure. 
  • Please wear a mask when visiting. One will be provided, if needed. 
  • For immunizations:  Please bring immunization records with you for the person(s) receiving immunizations. At this time MHD can only offer vaccines to children 18 years of age and younger.
