25C Residential Energy Efficiency Tax Credit
Covers purchase and installation costs for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and panel upgrades and purchase costs for other listed upgrades.
Home Efficiency Rebate Program (HOMES)
Households can receive tiered rebate amounts based on the verifiable energy use reductions on modeled energy efficient retrofits.
25D Residential Clean Energy Tax Credit
Covers purchase and installation costs.
Available for rooftop solar, battery storage, and geothermal heating.
Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program (HEAR)
Provides point-of-sale consumer discounts on specific high efficiency electric improvements and appliances for low- or moderate-income households.
Combine these rebates with tax credits for additional savings (ex. make electrical upgrades for solar).
