Milwaukee Health Department
The City of Milwaukee Health Department's (MHD) Community Health Assessment (CHA) 2022 report is now available. We are grateful to the community members and stakeholders who contributed insight into on current local data on the health of our city's residents. The development of this report was informed by the regional effort led by the health system partners of the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership and MHD's current strategic planning process.
2022 City of Milwaukee Community Health Assessment
Several data repositories were utilized to assess our communities health. These publicly available resources are excellent tools in examining the health of our city.
The MHD report and analysis on current local data on city of Milwaukee residents, their health status, and the variety of features and conditions which impact their health, healthy development and quality of life. In the development of this report, the MHD was part of a regional effort led by the health system partners of the Milwaukee Health Care Partnership.
This report was commissioned by Aurora Health Care, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Columbia St. Mary’s Health System, Froedtert Health and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in partnership with MHD and the Center for Urban Population Health to gather information on the health practices and health-related behavioral risks of residents.
