City Clerk & Common Council E-Notify

The City Clerk's Office and Common Council has several email categories you can sign up for to receive updates and messages through the city's E-Notify system.  Follow the steps below to get your name on a list or multiple lists:

1. Go to the main page for the E-Notify system. 
   
   
   
   
    
2. Click on "New Subscribers; Click here to register" if you are new to E-Notify and "Registered Users; Click here to sign in" if you already have an E-Notify account. 
   
   
   
    
3. Once you have registered or logged in and reach this page . . .
   
   
   
   . . . you'll find the following put out by the City Clerk / Common Council:
   
   a) Information Updates:
       - City Charter and Code Updates
       - Historic Preservation Updates
       - License Division News
   
   b) News Releases:
       - All Aldermanic Districts
       - Common Council
   
   c) Common Council and Committee Meetings - All categories
   
   d) City Channel - All categories
   
   e) Location-Based Notifications - Under "Subscriptions" in the upper-left corner of your E-Notify home page.
    
4. When you are done, you can click "Logout" in the menu at the top of the page, or just close the tab or browser window.  Your changes are automatically saved as you make them.
