PURPOSE: To hear all appeals from the decisions of the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services relative to: 1) The application and interpretation of the City's Building Code; 2) The suspension or revocation of electrical licenses for failure to meet qualifications for an electrical license under Chapter 222 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; 3) The use of new (alternate) materials, types of construction, equipment, devices or appliances in the construction of buildings and structures.
CREATING AUTHORITY: Section 200-17 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances.
MEETINGS: Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month in City Hall, 200 E. Wells St., Room 301-A.
