Milwaukee Police Department
The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is committed to transparency, including transparency related to Collins Agreement compliance and our ongoing constitutional policing efforts.
MPD will regularly update this information with the most recent data from the Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) semiannual reports that provide data related to MPD police encounters, frisks by type, frisks by district, and MPD compliance with the appropriate documentation of all stops and frisks conducted. CJI is the consultant that is assessing the City's compliance with the Collins Agreement.
