PUERTO RICAN FIESTA AND PARADE (12TH, 13TH, 14TH) (POLICE DISTRICTS 2, 6)
It is anticipated that from 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 7, 2026 the following roadways will be closed to vehicular traffic for the Puerto Rican Fiesta and Parade: South 20th Street from West Cleveland Avenue to West Oklahoma Avenue and West Oklahoma Avenue from South 20th Street to South 6th Street.

MILWAUKEE PRIDE PARADE/PRIDE PARADE BLOCK PARTY (12TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 2)
It is anticipated that on Sunday, June 7, 2026 from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. assembly for the Milwaukee Pride Parade will close South 2nd Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Lapham Boulevard, and from 1:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. the Milwaukee Pride Parade will close South 2nd Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Seeboth Street. In addition, from 6:00 A.M. on Sunday, June 7 to 2:00 A.M. on Monday, June 8, 2026 the “Pride Parade Block Party” will close West National Avenue from South 1st Street to South 3rd Street and South 2nd Street from West National Avenue to West Walker Avenue.
EAST SIDE SUMMER SOULSTICE (3RD) (POLICE DISTRICT 1)
It is anticipated that on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 7:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M. this event will close North Farwell Avenue from East Ivanhoe Place to East Kenilworth Place, East Ivanhoe Place from North Prospect Avenue west to the pedestrian plaza, and East Kenilworth Place from North Prospect Avenue to North Farwell Avenue.
JUNETEENTH DAY FESTIVAL & PARADE (6TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 5)
It is anticipated that on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 6:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. this event will be in progress and will close Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive from West Keefe Avenue to West Center Street, North Vel R. Phillips Avenue from West Chambers Street to West Locust Street, West Chambers Street from North 5th Street to North 2nd Street, West Burleigh Street from North Vel R. Phillips Avenue to North 2nd Street, West Locust Street from North Vel R. Phillips Avenue to North 1st Street, West Hadley Street from North Vel R. Phillips Avenue to North 2nd Street. The parade will assemble beginning at 6:30 A.M. at North 19th Street and West Atkinson Avenue and will be in progress from 10:00 A.M. until noon, proceeding east on Atkinson Avenue to King Drive to West Burleigh Street. All roadways will be reopened to traffic by 6:00 P.M.
BAY VIEW CLASSIC BIKE RACE (14TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 2)
It is anticipated that on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. this event will close the following roadways to traffic: South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Conway Street to East Bay Street, East Conway Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Woodward Street, South Woodward Street from East Conway Street to East Lincoln Avenue, East Lincoln Avenue from South Woodward Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue, and South Allis Street from East Lincoln Avenue to East Bay Street.
SUMMERFEST (4TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 1)
It is anticipated that Summerfest will be in progress over the following three weekends: Thursday, June 18 to Saturday, June 20; Friday, June 25 to Saturday, June 27; and Thursday, July 2 to Saturday, July 4, 2026. This event will close North Harbor Drive between East Michigan Street and East Chicago Street, East Chicago Street from North Jackson Street to North Harbor Drive, North Lincoln Memorial Drive from East Chicago Street to East Summerfest Place, East Summerfest Place from North Lincoln Memorial Drive to East Erie Street, and East St. Paul Avenue from North Jackson Street to North Van Buren Street. Motorists should be alert to changes in traffic patterns and congestion in the area.
DOWNER CLASSIC BIKE RACE AND STREET FESTIVAL (3RD) (POLICE DISTRICT 1)
It is anticipated that on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. this event will close the following roadways to traffic: North Downer Avenue from East Bradford Avenue to East Park Place, East Park Place from North Downer Avenue to North Lake Drive, North Lake Drive from East Park Place to North Downer Avenue, East Belleview Place from North Summit Avenue to North Stowell Avenue, and North Hackett Avenue from East Belleview Place to East Park Place.

27TH STREET VIADUCT OVER THE MENOMONEE RIVER (4TH, 12TH) (POLICE DISTRICTS 2, 3)
It is anticipated that the 27th Street Viaduct will be closed to traffic beginning February 2026 and continuing through late 2026 for work associated with the WisDOT 94 East-West Freeway Project.
SOUTH HAWLEY ROAD – WEST PARK HILL AVENUE TO WEST ADLER STREET (10TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 3)
It is anticipated that South Hawley Road from a point south of West Park Hill Avenue to a point north of West Adler Street will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning Monday, January 5, 2026 through Fall of 2028 for work associated with the WisDOT 94 East-West Freeway Project.
NORTH MARSHALL STREET – EAST MASON STREET TO EAST WELLS STREET (4TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 1)
It is anticipated that two-way vehicular traffic on North Marshall Street from East Mason Street to East Wells Street will be shifted to the east side of the road beginning Monday, October 23, 2023 through Summer of 2025 to facilitate construction operations for the Northwestern Mutual Building Expansion.
16TH STREET VIADUCT OVER THE MENOMONEE RIVER (4TH, 12TH) (POLICE DISTRICTS 2, 3)
It is anticipated that the 16th Street Viaduct from West Clybourn Street to West Pierce Street and the ramp from South Emmber Lane to South 16th Street will be closed to traffic beginning Friday, December 5, 2025 for bridge inspections and repair. Bridge will remain closed until further notice.
WEST GREVES STREET – 27TH STREET VIADUCT WEST TO ITS TERMINUS (8TH) (POLICE DISTRICT 3)
It is anticipated that West Greves Street from the 27th Street Viaduct west to its terminus will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning Monday, December 8, 2025 through Fall of 2026 for work associated with the WisDOT 94 East-West Freeway Project.
