Farm Animals

The following animals are prohibited within the city:

Live bees (without permit)
Fowl
Cows
Cattle
Horses
Sheep
Swine
Goats
Chickens (without permit)
Ducks
Turkeys
Geese
Any other domesticated livestock

Exceptions are places approved by the Commissioner of Health for slaughtering, educational purposes, research purposes and for circuses or similar recreational events. Additionally, Horse Livery and Surrey Services are licensed through the City Clerkls Office at City Hall. Contact the City Clerk's License Division (414) 286-2238 for those requirements.
