Submitting Your Bid

Bidders are strongly encouraged to utilize online bidding opportunities via BidExpress.com. If you cannot submit an electronic bid, bids will also be accepted via email to [email protected] no later than 10:30 A.M. on the day of the bid opening.
Bidders must either email bid bonds or submit electronic bid bonds no later than 10:30 A.M. on the day of the bid opening.

Bidders may request attendance at bid openings via conference call. Please email [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance to set up a conference call for a scheduled bid opening.
