NEW User Access to Labor Compliance Reporting App

1)  Complete LCR Contractor Portal Access Reqest Form

When Registering an account in Labor Compliance Reporting portal.

  • We recommend the user ID be set up as first name.last name (Example: john.sample).
  • The system is case sensitive and do not allow "space" in the user ID.  (Example: john  sample (X) )
    • You will receive an error message if there is a space in your user ID when entering payroll reports in LCR.
  • User ID shall not exceed 20 characters.
  • **VERIFY** email address after registering user ID.

2)  Send an email to [email protected] to link your account to the company profile.

  • Email subject line “New User LCR Access Request”
  • Attach LCR Contractor Portal Access Request Form
