On February 16, 2025, the DEC consolidated the police and fire call centers to create a unified Emergency Communications Center. This effort, which will better serve our community, was made possible by the dedicated work of staff from the Milwaukee Police and Fire Departments, the Fire and Police Commission, and the Mayor and Common Council of Milwaukee.
