Conversion Therapy Press Conference

Conversion Therapy Ban

Sponsoring legislation to ban on conversion therapy was one of the highlights of President Johnson's first term. The ban prevents organizations from using therapy to change a child's sexual orientation or gender identity. This legislation allows for all residents to feel safe and welcome in our city.
