Department of City Development
The Port of Milwaukee Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) was adopted by the Common Council on July 6, 2011 as File Numbers 101549 (Sub Area B – North) and 101550 (Sub Area B – Center). An Amendment to the DIZ for Sub Area B – North was approved on December 16, 2014 as File Number 141110 to change the overlay boundaries.
