We’re excited to share the 2025 Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA) Impact Report, highlighting the meaningful community development programs that are making a difference across Milwaukee.

Thanks to strong partnerships and strategic investments:

• 14,520 youth participated in programming
• 521 job seekers gained full-time employment
• 3,647 people were served through Emergency Solutions Grants
• 2,793 families at risk of homelessness received stabilization services
• 169 rental units were supported in rehabbed/constructed projects
• And so much more.

From expanding affordable housing developments to launching innovative projects, these efforts are helping build a stronger, more resilient Milwaukee. This progress would not be possible without the dedication of our community partners who work tirelessly to support low- and moderate-income residents.
