Location:WALK-INS WILL NOT RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE. Washington Park Library, 2121 N Sherman Bl, in the Finney Community Room, 2nd Floor. There is parking north of the building in the library lot, and on the street.

The class is one five-hour session, with an hour Lunchbreak in the middle. Attendees get a free 100+ page comprehensive manual and handouts on a variety of legal and business issues related to managing a property. Bringing your own materials to take notes, AND a printed copy of the QUIZ--it will be emailed to enrollees--IS HIGHLY-ENCOURAGED! You will receive a 5-hour training program, informative manual and certificate of completion only-if requirements are met.
