Organized Crime Division

The Organized Crime Division is responsble for vice-related investigations such as:

Drug Dealing
Illegal Gambling
Human Trafficking
Prostitution
Long term, large-scale drug and gang criminal organizations by use of a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional approach through the Milwaukee High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA).

Additionally, the Organized Crime Division is involved in numerous task forces and programs, including the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Task Force, Firearms Investigations Unit, Ceasefire Program, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Task Force, the Milwaukee Metropolitan Drug Enforcement Group (MMDEG) and prisoner extradition.
