Department of Neighborhood Services
The Milwaukee Development Center requires that State of Wisconsin IBC worksheets be provided along with other materials required for plan submittal. There are 15 architectural worksheets, and two HVAC worksheets. Not all worksheets must be submitted for all projects. Please consult the Required Worksheets table below to determine which of these forms must be submitted for each project type. More information about the International Building Code is available on the WI Department of Safety & Professional Services website.
