Director Tony Bueno
Director Bueno has a twenty plus year career in managing public sector departments including management of public safety dispatch operations and call-centers, consolidating emergency call centers, implementing successful cross-training initiatives and skillfully transitioning a CAD software platform. Mr. Bueno prioritizes enhancing operations through data-driven analysis of reports and performance indicators for continuous improvement. Mr. Bueno also has a background in information technology managing large IP Data Networks and field operations, and has taught as an adjunct at the college level.
Mr. Bueno’s children reside across the country and Europe. He is active in outdoor sports, and enjoys fishing, hunting, and riding ATVs. His family enjoys local and international travel. His personal mission and vision statements are centered around responsibility, accountability and respect. These are the character attributes he will share with everyone at the DEC.
