The Brewery NID 1
The Brewery originally served as an employment center for Pabst Brewing Company. After years of vacancy, the neighborhood has been transformed into a new mixed use neighborhood featuring hundreds of units of new housing, restaurants, offices, universities and a boutique hotel. The neighborhood also features many sustainabile features including a new park and bioswales throughout. Visit the NID to dine, play or marvel at the districts historic buildings that have been adapted to modern uses.
