River Ridge NID #11 is a quiet neighborhood of forty-three single-family homes located on the northwest corner of Milwaukee near Popuch Park. Situated south of West Brown Deer Road and east of 107th Street, the River Ridge community has two entrances off of N. Granville Road which both lead into separate extended cul-de-sacs. River Ridge offers a family-friendly community in which to live.
Our current NID projects include the care of our common areas, retention pond and community signage. Each year the community has a block party. A new project starting this year is the replacement of Dutch elm trees along N. Granville Road in the community’s main common area.
