Neighborhood Improvement District (NID) #5 – The Heritage Heights is a neighborhood of slightly over 200 households, religious institutions, and auto dealerships, located on the Northwest side of Milwaukee. The neighborhood is bounded by West Metro Auto Blvd. to the north, West Mill Road to the south, North 107th Street to the east, and North 114th Street to the west.
Nestled in the City our NID is rich with talented and active neighbors, who are resolute to enhance the quality of life within our boundaries and beyond, to help shape the future growth of the northwest side of Milwaukee, and to be a premier residential destination for families/individuals seeking to purchase a home. The rural aesthetics of our NID allows for future residents and professionals to thrive and grow in our scenic NID.
